Kia ora Mosen at Largers. This is the final show of 2022. I am taking a break with my family over the Christmas and summer period. The first Mosen at Large of 2023 will be published on 29 January. Over the weekend, something unexpected and undesirable happened to my 9th generation Lenovo ThinkPad X1 carbon. Things happen with electronic devices, but when I investigated, I  found that what has happened to mine is way more common than it ought to be.

On Mastodon, I conducted a poll asking if listeners would like to hear Heidi and me unboxing and setting up my new Apple Watch Ultra. Of those who voted, a resounding two thirds said yes. So, I’ll unbox this big kahuna of a watch on this week’s show.
